The 8-Week Programme

Our signature course is designed for people ready to deepen their relationship with food and build sustainable eating awareness. Over 8 weeks, we progress through foundational concepts and practical skills.

You'll receive weekly individual sessions, a comprehensive workbook, video resources, and between-session support via email. The programme includes reflective exercises, meal planning templates, and community connection with other participants.

8-Week Programme Structure

Week 1–2

Foundation & Awareness

Explore your current relationship with food, identify patterns, and establish baseline awareness of hunger, fullness, and food satisfaction.

Week 3–4

Mindfulness & Intuition
